This is one of the most common questions we get about Neurofeedback.
“Can you help me increase my Alpha waves?” or “I’ve heard that Beta waves can be helpful when it comes to focus and productivity.”
There is a fair amount of information online about the different brainwave frequencies and what they all mean. One thing we want to make clear is that there are no “good” or “bad” brainwaves. We can’t say that Alpha is better than Theta or Delta or Beta. What we do at Neurenics is work with you to improve your brain functioning and performance for the specific struggles or goals that matter most to you. Dr. Browne has decades of experience working with different people and everyone’s brainwaves are a little bit different.
Watch Dr. Browne discuss the different brainwave frequencies and when they manifest in your brain.
